This New Year’s Eve, Penelope Bistro invites you to settle into an elevated, unhurried dinner tucked behind the brass door on James St. Enjoy a lavish banquet style menu of bistro classics, dressed up for the year’s most glamorous night. It’s generous, celebratory and made for the middle of the table.

Once dessert is cleared, the lights go lower and the DJ turns to disco, funk & soul.
Then comes the countdown, a little Champagne and perhaps a kiss at midnight.
